If you want to update your monthly equity contribution, you can amend this through your online dashboard. This change will update your overall monthly target payment and will be fixed for 3 months. You will not be able to make another amendment during this period. Increasing or decreasing your monthly equity contribution will automatically shorten or extend your projected term respectively.

From your online dashboard you can also choose to pay rent only, or make a one-off payment, any time without changing your monthly target payment. Find out more about overpayments by clicking here.
