We know finding the perfect property can take some time, so rest assured you can take as long as you need. If however it takes you longer than two months, we may serve the next customer on the waiting list in the meantime, in order to make the most efficient use of funds available to us.

When you have found a property, let us know and we can proceed with next steps.

If your time on the waiting list arrives, but you’re not ready to proceed, you will still retain your position until you are. When this time comes, please get in touch with us to let us know, we’ll need 3 months' notice before we can kickstart your application.

Alternatively, you can gift your position to someone else on the waiting list and we will process their application immediately. This does mean that you won’t retain your current position.
