Referring a friend or family member is a great way to boost your position on our waiting list for home finance. For each person you refer to register for a GYS Home account, we will reward you with waiting list points when they make their first investment.

How does the referral scheme work?

For every referred friend or family member that invests with us, you receive the equivalent of that investment amount in points.

For example, if you refer someone that invests £5,000, we will allocate 5,000 points to your waiting list position.

For example, if you refer someone that invests £5,000, we will allocate you 5,000 points, and rank you as though you have invested £5,000.

You can choose to keep all the earned points, share, or donate the points with your referee to help boost their position.

How do I refer a friend or family member?

Once you’re a GYS Home account holder, you'll have access to a unique referral link on your account dashboard. Share this link with friends and family - they will need to register for a GYS Home account using this unique referral link in order for you to receive your referral credit. Once they invest with us, we’ll award you waiting list credit to boost your position even more on the Home Provision Scheme waiting list.
