It typically takes us up to 3 months from the date you invest for us to deploy funds into properties and start generating income.

After your funds are deployed into properties, we are able to share the income with you as monthly dividends. You can view your dividend payments in your transaction history which you will find within the savings account section of your account dashboard. Please note that dividends are not guaranteed and are subject to us generating rental income from the properties we finance.

You can choose to withdraw your dividends or reinvest them through the settings tab in the savings account section of your dashboard. Reinvesting your monthly dividends allows you to benefit from the compounding effect this has on your annual returns.

All dividend payments will be reinvested by default unless you choose otherwise. If you would like to withdraw your dividends instead, you will need to confirm that you do not want your dividends reinvested by selecting ‘No' and clicking confirm in the savings account section of your dashboard. If you have several different savings accounts with us, you will need to do this for each account.
