What is a dividend voucher?

A dividend voucher is confirmation of the dividend you have received from your utilised investment.

Updated over a week ago

If you’ve noticed a dividend voucher on your documents centre and not sure what it is - let us explain.

Once we utilise your investment to purchase properties, we share returns made from rental income with you. Any returns are paid out monthly in the form of dividends, and we provide you with a dividend voucher each time. This is confirmation of the dividend you have received on the date stated on your voucher.

The dividend shown on your voucher will either be reinvested to purchase more shares or paid out to you, in line with your preference setting.

Your dividend voucher will show:

  • how many shares your existing investment is equivalent to

  • the price per share

  • your dividend amount for the stated month

  • tax credit if applicable
