Dividends are a distribution of profits to our investors. As a savings account holder, you will be identified as a shareholder in Pfida Plc. You will then receive any returns in the form of dividends, based on the amount invested. You can find out more information about our target rates of return by logging in or registering for an account.

Our customers usually expect to receive dividends monthly, starting from around 3 to 4 months after the date of investment, since this is typically how long it takes to utilise funds in properties. You can find out more information about share classes here.
