Can I purchase a property with someone else?

At Pfida, we accept joint applicants for our home provision scheme.

Updated over 9 months ago

Yes, we currently accept a maximum of two joint applicants, both of whom will need to be at least 21 years old.

Joint accounts will have a primary and secondary applicant. Both applicants will be subject to affordability and credit checks during the property application process.

Once you have completed the application form, the primary applicant will be invited to create an online account with us, where personal details and information in relation to the agreement will be shared.

Both parties will be on the agreement, which means both are responsible for any amounts owed and for adhering to the terms of our agreement.
