Does Pfida support or assist with the maintenance and repairs of the property?
For all intents and purposes the customer is the homeowner and routine works such as maintaining the property and replacing items such as a boiler would be covered by them. We contribute to the upkeep of the property by providing a rental discount in any month where the target payment is made, this means we do not need to be hands on.
