What works can I carry out to the property once I move in?
Currently, we don’t allow major structural changes, like knocking down walls or altering the foundation of the building. However, you’re welcome to do light renovations.

*For works affecting utilities (e.g., gas supply), you’ll need our approval and written consent from your insurer confirming coverage will remain irrespective of works. **Make sure to inform your insurer about any planned work, detailing what you’ll be doing. Get their written approval and send it to us at least two weeks before starting the renovations. ** *You’ll need to share your proposals and any required documents so we can review them. If we agree, we might need to value the property both before renovations start and after the work is done. |
