Why don’t Pfida contribute to legal/ Solicitor fees?

Our legal fees are a cost to set up the finance agreement. We could include this within the arrangement fee we charge, however we keep it separate in the interests of transparency. We enter the partnership so you can buy your home, so we ask that you cover the legal costs. Otherwise, we are entering the agreement at a loss, which would impact our other investors and would not make it financially viable to support your home purchase.
