Why do we both need separate solicitors (HPS)?

Due to the Shariah structure of the products, there is a requirement for an extra solicitor in comparison to a traditional debt based arrangement. As we will be the initial owner of the property we require our own legal representation and to ensure there is no conflict of interest you also need your own legal advisor to act on your behalf.
