Why do I have to pay the Survey and Valuation fees? 

We could include this within the arrangement fee we charge, however we keep it separate in the interests of transparency. As you entering a partnership with Pfida to purchase your home, the surveys are conducted in the interest of both parties to ensure the property is structurally sound and eligible for financing. As such, the responsibility for covering the associated fees lies with you, otherwise, we are entering the agreement at a loss. This would impact our other investors and would not make it financially viable to support your home purchase.
