Why can I not purchase the property in my name?

To enable us to offer a Shariah compliant home purchase product, we offer a part equity and part rental structure arrangement. For this to legally work the property must be purchased through Pfida finance PLC of which you are a shareholder. If you have chosen to purchase sufficient shares during the agreement, the property can then be transferred into your name.
