What would happen if the property fell into negative equity and property had to be sold ?

Since we are partners, any sale must be by mutual agreement. Therefore, we may not be willing to sell the property at a point where it is worth less than the original purchase price. However, it may be that we can buy your share from you in that situation instead. Any action would be decided at the time via mutual agreement.
