What is your minimum and maximum term for financing?

There is a minimum 7 year term as this is in line with commercial lease requirements. However, you are able to repay your finance at any time and the lease will end simultaneously.

The maximum term for finance is 30 years, until you reach the age of 70 or retirement, which ever comes first.
