Does Primary HPP PLC still exist?

The special purchasing vehicle, Primary HPP PLC, still exists, the name has been updated to Pfida Finance PLC

Primary HPP PLC was the special purchase company (SPV) we use to purchase homes when we were Primary Finance.

With our rebrand, we have changed the name of this SPV to Pfida Finance PLC so it aligns with our new name and doesn't cause any confusion with our customers. The structure and everything else about this SPV remains the same. All agreements the SPV (formerly Primary HPP PLC) has entered into will remain valid.
