Do you finance new builds?

We do not typically finance new builds, however there are circumstances where we may consider this.

We do not typically finance properties less than 5 years old, as developers often sell new properties at a premium, overvaluing the property. These properties then tend to reduce in value for the first 3-5 years.

There may be some instances we can accommodate, where you are willing to pay for a valuation report up front, which supports the offer price. However, if the report does not support the offer price we reserve the right to decline your application.
