Do I have to pay the arrangement fee upfront?

An arrangement fee is charged by property financiers as a standard practice across the industry, several times within your term. We only charge you a flat arrangement fee at the start of your journey for the whole duration. The arrangement fee is to cover the large amount of work we undertake in processing all the information relating to your application, performing various checks, dealing with all of the third-party providers involved and setting up your agreement. Kindly note we will not be able to review your case until this payment has been made.
